Every day, people find themselves in need of human services — from finding quality childcare to finding care for an aging parent. But too many people go without these necessary and readily available services because they simply do not know where to start.
By calling HelpLink 2-1-1, you can connect with a live person 24 hours a day who will help you navigate our local nonprofit network. HelpLink 2-1-1 employees handle each phone call with personal care. These skilled workers listen to your needs, research all available service options, connect you with help, and follow-up as needed. They are specially trained to help with problem solving and crisis intervention.

COMING SOON the around-the-clock VetsLink 211, operating everyday of the year, will help veterans navigate local, state and federal agencies and connect them with services. Too often, veterans do not know or have trouble finding what they need. It’s frustrating at best as well as a barrier to stressed, ill, aging, or disabled veterans and their caretakers.
The call-in service will start with two counselors to answer veterans’ questions. They will dial 2-1-1 and be prompted for the VetsLink option.Currently the United Way is raising money to make this program a reality. Thanks to a challenge grant for SRC Inc. your donations to this vital program are currently being matched $1 for $1.
When you need help, knowing where to turn matters most.
